This page contains all of the information you require for placing an order with us. Please read through these instructions carefully in order to eliminate any delays or misunderstandings. We take great pride in our reputation for cost effective and timely deliveries and excellent customer service. We inspect all items prior to shipment and when necessary we will improve upon factory packaging to insure that the item you have ordered arrives in the same condition as when it left.

When placing your order please provide the following information:

Your credit card information will be kept on file for future orders. You need only complete this step for your first order. We will contact you if more new information is necessary. We take credit card fraud very seriously. Anyone attempting to use a credit card fraudulently with us will be reported to the local authorities and a broadcast alert will be sent to other dealers.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via CPC (Canada Post Corporation) unless an alternate is requested by you. All orders will be insured for loss. A CPC tracking number will be affixed to your order and can be conveniently tracked at www.canadapost.ca Tracking numbers will only be provide upon request. We also offer UPS shipping upon request.

Returns and Warranty: We honor all manufacturer warranties on products purchased through us as “new”. Warranty policies for all products sold by Westend Trains Inc. are available upon request. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the respective manufacturer. Special orders cannot be accepted for return unless defective whereby they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the respective manufacturer. Please notify us prior to any type of return and we will instruct you how to most effectively complete the return.
